SERVICE OVERVIEW

Understand Your Risk. Build Your Plan.

Every organization carries its own unique vulnerabilities shaped by its building, its neighborhood, its staff, and its history. Before any meaningful preparedness work can begin, those vulnerabilities need to be identified clearly and honestly.

The JEPP team visits your location in person, meets with your leadership and staff, and conducts a full physical and operational assessment. We evaluate existing or past known threats, walk every space your community uses, and surface risks that often go unnoticed in day-to-day operations.

From there, we build a customized plan of action: a chain of command, a trained Emergency Response Team, updated protocols, and a clear reporting and recovery strategy so your organization moves from "we should probably do something" to "we have a plan, and everyone knows their role."

On-Site Physical Walkthrough

Our team visits your facility in person to evaluate physical vulnerabilities firsthand.

Chain of Command Structure

Proprietary Assessment Methods

OUR PROCESS

From Assessment to Action Plan

Security planning happens in two connected phases — first we understand the risk, then we build the response.

Emergency Response Team

A trained, designated ERT ready to lead your organization's response when an incident occurs.

3

Protocols & Procedures

Updated, site-specific procedures covering the full range of potential emergency scenarios.

4

Reporting & Recovery

An internal reporting strategy, communication plan, incident management, and recovery process.

TESTIMONIALS

Trusted by the leaders we serve.

Hear from the rabbis, executives, and educators who've partnered with JEPP to strengthen their communities.

“What I appreciate most about JEPP is their expertise combined with their methodology. They make it easy to partner with them and actually affect change. They didn’t come in telling us to start over or replace everything we had already built. Instead, they took the time to understand our school, our building, our existing processes, and the work we had already done, and then helped us make it better and stronger. JEPP’s assessment gave us clear, practical recommendations, and over time their support expanded into grant writing and security planning. With their help, we have been able to meaningfully improve the security footprint of our school. Their approach is thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative, and we are very grateful for the impact they have had.”
